In this Excel spreadsheet (see sample screenshots below), you will find sales for BEVs and PHEVs for each US state and the District of Columbia for the years 2011 through 2021.

Additionally, the second sheet includes cumulative vehicles in operation (VIO) for 2011-2021. Vehicles in operation (VIO) is an estimate of the cumulative total sales minus a percentage factor each year of vehicles that go out of operation (totaled from accidents, mechanical failure from age, etc.)
